How it Works
For Windows XP:
  • No need of program installation by CD.
  • Broadband Internet access dependent
  • Just Plug-in USB Imphone to your computer. Close all of messenger programs before plug-in.  Imphone program will be automatically installed. Notes: Some national brand, private brand or hand-made computer models which are not compatible to Imphone. Please make sure if your computer is compatible to the product before you purchase.
  • A telephone image would appear
  • To apply international call, dial: 010 + country code + area code + telephone number
  • No need of 010 and no country code for calling to Japan. Start from area code

(for example [calling to US] :  010 - 1 - 2 - 0000000)

(for example [calling to Tokyo, Japan] :  03 - 0000000)

Unit Price
The ImPhone unit retail price is P1,900.00 (VAT inclusive).  Prepaid load will be in Japanese yen, which should be loaded separately before use and the balance will be shown at the lower left side corner of the phone display area. The load expiration will be 180 days after loading, which expiration date is shown at the lower right side corner of the phone display area. There is no monthly charge for Imphone.

Warranty: 1 week after the date of purchase. Performance and malfunction of PC are not covered by our warranty.

Mail Order: We accept mail order outside of Makati, Manila area. Delivery charge should be for customer's expense. Estimated cost will be informed to customers by e-mail.

Call Rates
  • User registration with full frame Japanese font is required before reloading. Assistant for registration is possible at SBC office free of charge for customers who bought at SBC.
  • Japan (landline) - P4.2/ 3 minutes
  • Japan (mobile) - P8.5 / 1 minute
  • USA, China, Canada & Hawai- P1.3 / 1 minute
  • Call rates to other countries in Japanese yen
  • Calls between Imphones are free. Imphone has its own phone number

How to Load
Credit card payment:

Prepaid load can be requested easily by Imphone load-purchase webpage in Japanese language.

Cash payment:

Additional load will be requested either by visiting at our office or by remitting requested amount to our following bank account and informing us by telephone or e-mail. Tel.02-894-1100.
